    Happy Parrtos Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is adequately protected. In order to implement a lawful, transparent and secure processing of your personal data, we adopt this Privacy Policy, which is effective as of 25 May 2018. The Privacy Policy refers to RODO, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The document sets out what data we process and on what basis, and how we ensure its security and your rights.

    1. Personal Data Administrator

    The administrator of your personal data is Happy Parrtos sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sławkowice, registered by the District Court for Krakow -Śródmieście in Krakow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000944273

    Respecting your privacy and in order to comply with our obligation to provide you with information, below we present you with the most important information about the way we process your personal data and the cookies that are used by our Service.

    This document applies to all activities performed by us in connection with the Services offered, in which we act as a data controller .

    2. Personal data

    If you intend to use our Services, in most cases you will be asked to provide us with your personal data. Providing the data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary to use our Services, including entering into a contract or sending us a contact form through our website.

    When processing your personal data, we use organizational and technical measures that comply with the relevant legislation (in particular the GDPR).

      • – surveying your satisfaction and determining the quality of your service,
      • – archival (evidentiary) records to safeguard information in the event of a legal need to prove facts.

    6. Recipients of your data (Entities we use)

    In connection with our Services, we use the services of other entities that support our business. Thus, your information may be transferred, solely for the purposes indicated in this policy:

    Depending on the purpose of the processing, we entrust your personal data to:

    • ● Google LLC – in order to use Google services, including Google Drive, to store electronic materials and documents and data sets.
    • ● Facebook, Inc. – for the use of remarketing tools, including the ability to target advertisements to individuals from email databases.
    • ● Fakturownia Sp z o.o. – in order to post transactions and issue invoices.
    • ● HubSpot Inc. – for the purpose of handling inquiries and collecting contact information (CRM).
    • ● PayU S.A. – in order to store and process the data of people who have paid for our products or dedicated training courses.

    All entities to which we entrust your personal data and its processing guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of such data required by law.

    7. Where is your data stored?

    The personal information collected is stored in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

    8. Your rights

    In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right:

    • ● right of access to your data, including obtaining a copy of your data,
    • ● right to request rectification
    • ● right to erasure (in certain situations),
    • ● right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data,
    • ● right to restrict data processing.

    If your data is processed on the basis of consent you may additionally exercise the rights below:

    ● right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You can send this data to another controller.

    9. Duration of data processing

    We will only process your data for as long as we have a legal basis to do so, which is:

    • ● we are no longer under a legal obligation to process your data, or;

    • ● your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted where the processing was based on a legitimate interest of the controller or the data were processed for direct marketing purposes.

    Our Services, like most websites, use cookies.

    These files are stored in the memory of your device (computer, phone, etc.).

    In connection with offering our Services, cookies are used for:

    After the Facebook RODO related changes in December 2020, I stopped dealing with advertising on FB. Around February, I started looking for someone to help me. Initial conversations with agencies were unsuccessful. Finally, one evening I came across an ad by Jacob regarding the topic of exhausting audiences.
